About This Journal

Touro Law Center's Journal of Aging, Longevity, Law & Policy is an interdisciplinary journal accepting for publication papers, articles, and essays that address a wide range of topics involving the elderly and the consequences of an aging population for the law and the legal system. It is a faculty and student-edited online journal. It seeks pieces from faculty, lawyers, judges, healthcare professionals, and students.
